By accessing utahtravelpros.com or using our travel consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms
By opting into the Utah Travel Pros SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., flight deals, booking reminders, and itinerary updates) to the mobile number used when signing up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Opt-In: Users opt-in via website signup forms or during the booking process.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our phone number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies; however, subscribers to our "Friday Deals" can expect at least one message per week.
- Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Travel Services
Utah Travel Pros acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third-party suppliers. We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
4. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Utah.
